About Paul Caron

Originally from Quebec City, Canada, I am a dual U.S.-Canadian citizen and have been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 2009. Together with my wife and business partner, Diane, we are the Broker/Owners of Team Caron Realty in Ponce Inlet and have proudly been among the area’s top-producing real estate professionals since 2005.

For me, real estate is about providing exceptional service from beginning to end. Diane and I personally handle every transaction from A to Z, remaining accessible to our clients and doing everything possible to ensure a smooth closing and an enjoyable buying or selling experience.

My experience in construction gives me a unique advantage in real estate. I have a trained eye for construction, renovations, and the overall condition of a property, allowing me to help clients better understand a home’s quality, potential improvements, and possible concerns.
