About Diane Caron

As a native Floridian, I have been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1981, bringing more than four decades of experience, knowledge, and dedication to my clients. Together with my husband and business partner, Paul, we are the Broker/Owners of Team Caron Realty in Ponce Inlet, and we have proudly been among the area’s top producers since 2005.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to help clients with virtually every aspect of real estate, including homes, condominiums, vacant land, commercial and multi-family properties. I truly enjoy helping people navigate their individual real estate needs and life changes, and I approach every situation with knowledge, patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to make the process as positive and stress-free as possible.

One of the things I value most about what I do is being able to help people through challenging circumstances. I believe I have a natural ability to find the positive in difficult situations and help people see a path forward. My goal is always to make my clients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their decisions.

To me, real estate is about much more than buying or selling a home. It’s about people, relationships, and being there when my clients need someone they can trust.

When I’m not working, I love being at the beach and enjoying the Florida lifestyle. As an animal lover, I find complete satisfaction spending time with my dog and horses I have owned in the past. Of course, shopping is also one of my favorite past times.
